When the Zachary's probe their family history, they discover that beautiful sister Rachel is really an Indian taken from her tribe when she was a baby. As a climate of terror and violence ensues, crazy, old Abe Kelsey tells the Indians that Rachel is one of them; and they come to claim her back. Ben Zachary is left with no way out but to fight the Indians off and Abe meets with a sticky end for his betrayal. The tension mounts between the Zachary's and the Rawlins' family (led by Zeb Rawlins), as the Rawlins' hate any and all Indians. When Matilda Zachary tells her family about Rachel, her son Cash leaves their home. As the Indians menace Matilda's home, Cash returns to help defend it and Rachel kills the Indian chief. Ben comforts Rachel and tells her of his love for her...but will the Zachary's ever be reunited?"
