It is October 26, 1881. The streets of Tombstone, Arizona seethe with tension as the legendary gunfighters assemble for the most famous battle in Western history. History tells us that on this stark, windswept day US Marshall Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell) and his brothers Morgan and Virgil, along with the deadly, unpredictable Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer) clashed with the Clanton and the McClaury brothers at the O.K. Corral. The gunfight at O.K. Corral ended three lives but it didn't end one of the bloodiest feuds in the history of the American West. 'Tombstone' is the uncommonly human story of Wyatt Earp and the events that drew him into a battle he didn't start.
