Nick Palatas and Frank Welker star in the fourth comedy mystery in the animated and live action Scooby-Doo series, in which the Mystery Inc. team find themselves seeking a monster terrorising the country club where they are working for the summer. As the Mystery Inc. gang - Fred (Robbie Amell), Daphne (Kate Melton), Velma (Hayley Kiyoko), Shaggy (Nick Palatas) and Scooby-Doo (voice of Frank Welker) head to the Erie Point Country Club to take up summer jobs, they are warned about a lake monster that has been a local legend for generations, which has now started to scare members of the country club. The club, owned by Daphne's uncle Thornton (Ted McGinley), has been losing members, and he is worried that he will lose all of his business if the monster isn't stopped. The team jump into action to try to get to the bottom of the mystery, but some developing romantic connections between members of the gang may prove to be distracting.
