Twin thrill seekers Phil and Stew Deedle (Paul Walker and Steve Van Wormer) are hip Hawaiian surfer dudes greatly in need of a lesson in responsibility. When the brothers are sent to summer camp, they are sidetracked and end up as rookie rangers in Yellowstone National Park. Thus begins a hilarious wilderness adventure as the Deedles battle wild animals, a vengeful ex-ranger Frank Slater (Dennis Hopper) and surf roaring rapids.
