The voices of Kevin Conroy and Dana Delany star in this action-packed animated feature which sees Gotham City's caped crusader mistaken for a masked killer who commits a series of mafia murders, while an old flame and an old enemy both return to Batman's life.A mobster named Chuckie Sol (Dick Miller) is bumped off during a gangsters meeting by a mysterious masked figure, who is believed to be Batman (Kevin Conroy), Gotham City's most prominent crime fighter. As other mafia members start to die, Batman's enquiries lead him to Carl Beaumont (Stacy Keach), the father of his former girlfriend Andrea Beaumont (Dana Delany), who left him suddenly just before he planned to propose to her. Andrea comes back into his life as the investigation continues, and resident Gotham City villain The Joker (Mark Hamill) also becomes involved with the killings, complicating Batman's pursuit of the killer even further.
